Question 1

What is the ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar school & college collaboration?

Accepted Answer

It is an on-campus program where ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar visits your school or college to conduct NEP-2020 aligned workshops. We currently offer two foundation workshops — Foundation in Film-Making for students in Grades 4th–10th and Foundation in Marketing for 11th–12th PU students. Schools and colleges share their details, book a 30-minute discussion, and our team plans the sessions with you.

Question 2

What does “NEP-2020 aligned” mean?

Accepted Answer

Our workshops are designed to align with the National Education Policy 2020's emphasis on experiential learning, creative and critical thinking, and skill development. They introduce students to real creative and media skills beyond the textbook.

Question 3

What workshops can we choose from?

Accepted Answer

You can choose Foundation in Film-Making (AI-assisted, for Grades 4th–10th), Foundation in Marketing (AI-Powered, for 11th–12th PU), or both. The form has “Both Workshops” selected by default so you can explore both options with our team.

Question 4

Is there a fee for the school or college to request a collaboration?

Accepted Answer

Submitting a collaboration request and booking the 30-minute discussion is completely free. There is no registration fee or payment involved at this stage — we simply want to connect with institutions that are genuinely interested.

Question 5

Which schools and colleges can request a collaboration?

Accepted Answer

Any school or college — in and around Bengaluru North — is welcome to request a collaboration. We serve schools with students from Grades 4th to 10th for the Film-Making workshop and PU colleges with 11th–12th students for the Marketing workshop.

Question 6

Can a single institution book both workshops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your institution has students across both age groups, you can select “Both Workshops” and we will plan the appropriate sessions for each group during the discussion.

Question 7

What details do we need to provide in the form?

Accepted Answer

You provide your institution's name, a contact person's name, their role or designation, a WhatsApp number, an email address, the workshop(s) you are interested in, the approximate total number of students (from 4th to 12th), and a Google Maps link to your campus. You can also add optional notes or requirements.

Question 8

Why is the Google Maps link required?

Accepted Answer

The map link helps us accurately locate your campus, plan travel and logistics from our Hegde Nagar centre, and confirm whether on-campus visits are feasible for your area. It replaces typing out an address and avoids any confusion about the exact location.

Question 9

What happens after we submit the form?

Accepted Answer

Once you submit, you move to a scheduling step where you pick a date and time for a 30-minute discussion with our team. After you confirm a slot, our team will reach out on WhatsApp and email with the meeting invite.

Question 10

What is the 30-minute meeting for?

Accepted Answer

It is a short planning call where we understand your requirements — student strength, available dates, facilities, and expectations — and align on how the workshops can be delivered on your campus. It is practical planning, not a sales pitch.

Question 11

How do we schedule the meeting?

Accepted Answer

After submitting the collaboration form, choose an available date and time slot from the calendar. Your slot is confirmed instantly and the meeting invite is shared with you.

Question 12

Can we reschedule the meeting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are unable to attend, simply reach out to us at 8867796123 using your registered WhatsApp number and our team will help you reschedule to the next available slot.

Question 13

What will students learn in the Foundation in Film-Making workshop?

Accepted Answer

This AI-assisted workshop introduces students in Grades 4th–10th to the fundamentals of storytelling, how films and animation are made, and how AI tools assist modern film-making. It is hands-on and designed to spark creative curiosity.

Question 14

What will students learn in the Foundation in Marketing workshop?

Accepted Answer

This AI-Powered workshop introduces 11th–12th PU students to modern digital marketing, branding, and social media essentials, showing how AI is shaping the way brands reach audiences. It builds practical, career-relevant awareness.

Question 15

Are the workshops practical or just theory?

Accepted Answer

They are designed to be interactive and hands-on, with activities and demonstrations that make the concepts tangible for students — in keeping with the NEP-2020 focus on experiential learning.

Question 16

Do students need any prior experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Both workshops are foundation-level and start from the basics, so students with no prior background in film-making or marketing can participate and benefit fully.

Question 17

Where is ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar located?

Accepted Answer

We are located at 497 Thanisandra Main Road, RK Hegde Nagar (above Kanti Sweets), Bengaluru 560077. Our institute is easily accessible from Thanisandra, Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Hennur, Kothanur, Jakkur, and other parts of Bengaluru North.

Question 18

Do you conduct the workshops on our campus or at your institute?

Accepted Answer

The collaboration is designed as on-campus workshops at your school or college. We travel to your campus, which is why we ask for your Google Maps location link in the form.

Question 19

How can we contact you for more questions?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 88677 96123, call 8867796123, or email zicazima.hegdenagar@gmail.com. Our team is available all 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to help with any questions about the collaboration.
