When a school or college fills in our collaboration request form, we collect the institution's name, a contact person's name, their role or designation, a WhatsApp number, an email address, the chosen workshop (Foundation in Film-Making for Grades 4th–10th, Foundation in Marketing for 11th–12th PU, or both), an approximate number of students, a Google Maps location link of the campus, and any optional notes or requirements. When you book the 30-minute discussion meeting, we also collect the date and time slot you select. No payment details are collected — our workshops are not behind a checkout — and we do not process or store any card or banking information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to review your collaboration request, confirm it with you over WhatsApp, email or call, schedule and hold the 30-minute discussion meeting, plan and deliver the NEP-2020 aligned workshops at your campus, share the meeting invite and updates, and inform you about related programs and offers from ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar that may interest your institution.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the collaboration — such as our calendar and scheduling tools, and our communication tools for sending WhatsApp and email updates. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our instructions.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to your data is restricted to authorised team members who need it to deliver the collaboration and support services.
